This privacy policy applies to the mobile application Rectango (the "App"), published by Ahmed Ghorab, Hany Meličkovej 2984/19A, 841 05 Bratislava — Karlova Ves, Slovakia (the "Publisher").
The App itself does not require registration and does not collect your name, email address, or contacts. Your game progress (current level) is stored only on your device.
The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited). AdMob may collect and process device data such as advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, and app interaction data to serve and measure ads. This processing is governed by Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Users in the European Economic Area are shown a consent message in accordance with the GDPR and may choose between personalized and non-personalized advertising.
Where consent is given, personalized advertising is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Non-personalized advertising and basic app functionality rely on legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You can reset your device advertising ID at any time in your device settings. You may lodge a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
The App is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
