This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application Rectango: Logic Puzzle (package name eu.tempworks.rectango, the "App") handles information about its users. By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

The App does not require an account or registration. We do not ask for, and do not collect, your name, email address, telephone number, contacts, photographs, precise location, or any other directly identifying information.
The App stores your game progress, unlocked levels, selected language, and settings locally on your device. This information is not transmitted to us, and it is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data.
The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect information from your device in accordance with their own privacy policies.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App asks for your consent before personalized advertisements are shown. If you do not give consent, you may still see non-personalized advertisements, which are based on general context rather than your personal profile.
You can change your choice at any time through the Privacy settings option in the App. You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
Purchasing "Unlock Full Game" removes advertisements from the App.
Data stored on your device remains there until you uninstall the App or clear its data. Data collected by third-party services is retained according to the policies of those providers.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. To exercise these rights, please contact us at the email address above. Because we do not hold identifying information about you, requests concerning data held by Google or RevenueCat may also need to be addressed to those providers.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Slovakia, this is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky), https://dataprotection.gov.sk.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
We rely on the security measures of the Android platform and of the third-party providers listed above. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with a new effective date.
